This dough box set is perfect for an overnight dough rise.  The boxes are commercial grade, but in a residential-friendly size.  Two box kit with 1 lid.

Great dough needs to ferment. Overnight or a couple days in the refrigerator makes a huge difference.

I used various plastic containers or cookie sheets with plastic wrap when I started making my own dough.  The real pizzeria dough boxes don't fit in my refrigerator.  I found these and wow, what a difference.  Dough has room to rise, and the boxes stack and seal in the refrigerator.  

This two-box kit can hold 12 8oz dough balls.  The kit has 2 boxes and one lid - because the top box is the lid for the bottom box. Also includes a plastic dough scraper so you don't scratch the box when retrieving a dough ball.
