These are stones manufactured by a 3rd party. They are well-finished, high performance, and made with very durable Cordierite. Cheap stones are made of firebrick material, not a Cordierite, and will be more fragile. 

Cordierite is super-heated to over 2,000F providing engineered strength, extreme durability and superior thermal shock capabilities.

Heat stone above 450F before placing your food to bake.

Does not smell – Cordierite is created with extreme heat that vaporizes all organic matter, creating a premium, professional-grade stone that has no odor when heated.

We use these stones at shows and heat and cool them quickly. These stones stand up to punishment.

Stones are packaged and ship from a 3rd party. Rather than source our own, we selected a great one and pass it along.

Use only water and a nylon brush or scraper to clean - no soap, no chemicals.
