The Pizza-Porta business was started as a personal quest to make great pizza in a Big Green Egg. We have shown that controlling the airflow changes the heat distribution resulting in fantastic wood-fired pizza in a kamado-style grill. The company was structured as a side hustle. A skilled manufacturing partner does the production in northern New York State. All of the logistics were done out of my residence in Atlanta. It is time for us to move on to other business ventures.
